- Current status is solvent but we may need an additional contribution from the sections to publish five issues in five months without ads.

- Deposit has been mailed to the Bolling Officers Club which has agreed to honor the reservation made by Jim Strother
Liaison Report from the Consultants Network: Jim Allen
- The CC will submit activity reports and encourage applications for new Senior Members
New Business:
-Thom Tullia proposed buying a Laser Printer for Jackie Hunter to speed up production Thom Tullia and
-Jim Allen proposed following up Jim Strother's motion to seek membership in the Maryland HiTech Council.
-Action: Willliam Kelly will verify that NCAC received money from Region 2 for membership and will find out how to apply.
-Thom Tullia suggested that the Section Dues be recalculated to compensate for the new section membership numbers.
-Action: William Kelly Thom Tullia and Jim Allen proposed purchase of a folding booth for NCAC presentations at conferences and job fairs.
-Action: Jim Allen is investigating pricing for the CC and will report to NCAC. Top of the line is about $1800.
-Thom Tullia noted the Region 2 request that the sections and NCAC align officers terms with the calendar year and suggested that this could be done by extending the terms of the current officers until December 1999.
-Thom Tullia noted the need for a new Scanner Advertising Manager.
-William Kelly noted that the Scanner was seeking part-time Assistant Editors who could contribute an article every couple of issues
